Class teacher vacancy
We are looking for an inspiring, talented teacher to join our dedicated staff team from this September (we would consider a strong candidate who could only start in January, but our preference is for a September start).
This post is for a Nursery class teacher initially.

We would like you to be as passionate about the Early Years as we are. We are a centre of excellence within Lewisham and we are regularly asked to share our innovative practice with other professionals.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Be an excellent teacher, committed to the highest of expectations for all children and to making learning irresistible.
- Have an excellent understanding of how our youngest children learn and what effective teaching looks like in the Early Years
- Be a learner themselves – open to challenge and committed to keeping on top of current thinking in education.
- Be a committed team member, show initiative and proactively work to improve their practice.
- Promote the principles of inclusion by enabling every child to overcome barriers to learning in order to achieve highly.
- Have very high expectations of behaviour and be committed to establishing positive relationships with every child.

Teaching Assistant Vacancy with Midday Meals Supervision
The Role:
We are looking for teaching assistants who can work flexibly in different year groups across the school. We are looking to recruit positive and proactive teaching assistants who are able to provide strong class support alongside effective 1:1 or small group support.
There is an opportunity for graduate candidates to be considered for a teaching apprenticeship, after they have worked with us as a successful teaching assistant.

Salary Details:
Actual starting salary approx £ 23,230 per annum.
TA - APT & C Scale 3, £30,120 – £30,552 pro-rata term time only 39 weeks per year, 31.25 hours per week.
